Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in their original condition. Earrings and final-sale items cannot be returned.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping. Tracking will be provided.

Custom, personalized, resized, or specially ordered pieces are final sale. If there’s an issue with your piece, please reach out—we’re happy to help.

Please contact us within 5 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We’ll work with you to make it right.

Manufacturing defects are covered for 30 days. Normal wear, accidental damage, tarnishing, and improper care are not covered. Repair options may be available upon request.
